Mouth to lung vaping (MTL) refers to inhaling vapor into your mouth and letting it linger there for a while before inhaling it into your lungs. To vape mouth to lung, take a draw on your vape device, hold it in your mouth then inhale it into your lungs before exhaling it.

A mouth to lung tank is a tanks that replicates the draw of a cigarette. Vaping on an MTL ecig involves a two-part process: first draw vapor in the mouth, and then inhale it to the lungs. So, if you are looking to stop smoking, and afraid of Nicotine craving while still wanting a smooth vape, Nic Salts should be your pick, but if you are looking for a harsher throat hit at a lower Nicotine dosage, sticking with Pure Base could be the better option.

Most coils can last up to  7-14 days, although that approximation depends on how often you vape, and your vaping habits. An important aspect is knowing the signs of needing to refill your tank, in order to avoid firing the device while there's no liquid, and consecutively burning the cotton of the coil. Two warning signs that you need to change your coil is a reduction in flavor production, and a lower amount of vapor emitted from your tank.
